What about the costs I have to incur? Will the arbitrator award them in the judgment?
FAQ
Return
If your claim is upheld, in addition to the principal amount, the arbitration court will also award you the reimbursement of the costs incurred by you: the arbitration fee and the costs of legal representation if you were represented by a lawyer or legal advisor. These costs can then be recovered from the defendant. However, if the arbitrator does not rule in your favour, you will bear the costs of the opponent's defence. If the court only partially upholds the claim, the costs will be proportionately divided.
These rules are the same as in cases before state courts.
