I. PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
In fulfilling the information obligation arising from the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", we hereby inform you that we process personal data of Users.
The Administrator, i.e., the entity deciding on the purposes and means of processing personal data, is the owner of Ultima RATIO, Causa Finita S.A. based in Rzeszów (35-310) Al. Tadeusza Rejtana 36 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").

We store data for the periods indicated below:
Data obtained as part of the procedures related to signing documents, verifying the financial credibility of entrepreneurs, verifying data from the PESEL register, securing receivables, discussions, and arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years from the date of collection.
Data for marketing purposes
In the case of processing data based on consent - until it is withdrawn. In the case of processing data based on a legitimate purpose - until an objection is raised.
Every person whose data is being processed has the right, in accordance with the provisions set out in the GDPR (Article 15-22 GDPR), to access the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (provided that the processing is based on consent).
Furthermore, if the processing we carry out violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Providing data by the user is necessary for registering in the system, verifying their identity, signing documents with an advanced electronic signature, also with the reservation that a given document can only be signed by the person with the specified PESEL number, verifying the financial credibility of companies, verifying data from the PESEL register, securing receivables, issuing payment requests, and entering data into economic information offices, conducting negotiations, and participating in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

III. COOKIE POLICY
The following Cookie Policy defines the rules for storing and gaining access to data on the devices of users using the Ultima RATIO platform for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Administrator.
A. DEFINITIONS
Service – the Ultima RATIO internet platform, operating at the address http://www.ultimaratio.pl
External service - internet services of partners, service providers, or service recipients of the Administrator;
Administrator - Causa Finita S.A. based in Rzeszów, operating at the address: (35-310) Al. Tadeusza Rejtana 36, with the assigned tax identification number (NIP): 8133728880, with the assigned REGON number: 365593738, with the assigned KRS number: 0000640290, providing electronic services through the Service and storing and accessing information on the user's devices;
User - a natural person for whom the Administrator provides electronic services through the Service.
Device - an electronic device along with software through which the User accesses the Service
Cookies - text data stored in the form of files placed on the User's Device
B. TYPES OF COOKIES
Internal cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service's IT system
External cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the IT systems of external Services
Session cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service or external Services during a single session of the given Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User's Device
Persistent cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service or external Services until they are manually deleted. Files are not automatically deleted after the Device session ends unless the configuration of the User's Device is set to delete cookies after the Device session ends.
C. SECURITY
Storage and reading mechanisms. Storage and reading mechanisms of Cookies do not allow for the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device. Transfer of viruses, trojans, and other worms to the User's Device is practically impossible.
Internal cookies - the internal cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users' Devices
External cookies - the Administrator is not responsible for the security of cookies originating from the Service's partners. A list of partners is included later in the Cookie Policy.
D. PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIES ARE USED
Facilitating and enhancing access to the Service - the Administrator may store information about user preferences and settings regarding the Service in cookies to facilitate, improve, and speed up service delivery within the Service.
