This format complies with the EIDAS Regulation and is, in principle, equated by law with the written form. From today, anyone can sign documents this way on the website www.gov.pl. However, the formula we have applied makes signing documents a pleasant, easy process. The service operates in such a way that your contracting party must verify their data via login.gov.pl before signing a contract with you. This method solves two problems.
