§.1.

The Center charges the following fees:

1. arbitration fee,

2. fee for issuing an authenticated judgment or another document of the arbitration proceedings,

3. other fees according to this Tariff,

§.2.

1. The arbitration fee for the complaint and response to the complaint depends on the value of the subject of the dispute and amounts to:

   1.  6,500 PLN - 650 PLN

   2.  from 6,501 PLN to 7,500 PLN - 700 PLN

   3.  from 7,501 PLN to 10,000 PLN - 800 PLN

   4.  from 10,001 PLN to 15,000 PLN - 900 PLN

   5.  from 15,001 PLN to 20,000 PLN – 1,000 PLN

   6.  above 20,000 PLN – 1,000 PLN plus 5% of the excess over 20,000 PLN

2. If the claimant regularly uses the tools and services available on the Ultima RATIO platform that aim to prevent disputes and facilitate their resolution, then the percentage rate of the fee for the complaint and response to the complaint mentioned in point 6 of the preceding paragraph is reduced to:

   1.  4.5% - if the claimant uses the Team Ultima RATIO plan.

   2.  4% - if the claimant uses the Business+ Ultima RATIO plan.

   3.  3.5% - if the claimant uses the Executive Ultima RATIO plan.

3.  The above amounts must include VAT.

4.  In the event that a party understates the value of the subject of the dispute, the Center may adjust this value.

5.  If determining the objective value of the subject of the dispute is impossible, the Center charges a fee according to the lowest rate. However, it may accept a higher value for the subject of the dispute considering the nature and circumstances of the case and according to the effort expended.

6.  In the event of a re-examination of the case, after the common court cancels the Center's judgment in the same case, 60% of the arbitration fee is charged.

§.3.

The Center charges a fee for issuing an authenticated judgment or another document of the arbitration proceedings of 2 PLN per page, but not less than 50 PLN for one document. VAT is added to this amount.

§.4.

1. The Arbitration Court refunds half of the arbitration fee in the event of:

   1. claiming the improper jurisdiction of the Court

   2. return of the complaint or response to the complaint

§.5.

The Arbitration Court collects advances for expenses related to correspondence costs, expert fees, and other similar costs at an amount determined by the arbitrator. The advance is paid by the party causing the action requiring incurring the expense, under the threat of refusal to carry it out.

§.6

1. The minimum rates of remuneration for legal advisors and advocates are as follows based on the value of the subject of the case:

   1. up to 1,500 PLN - 300 PLN

   2. above 1,500 PLN to 3,000 PLN - 900 PLN

   3. above 3,000 PLN to 5,000 PLN - 1,200 PLN

   4. above 5,000 PLN to 10,000 PLN - 1,800 PLN

   5. above 10,000 PLN to 25,000 PLN - 3,600 PLN

   6. above 25,000 PLN to 50,000 PLN - 4,200 PLN

   7. above 50,000 PLN to 100,000 PLN - 5,400 PLN

   8. above 100,000 PLN to 150,000 PLN - 7,200 PLN

   9. above 150,000 PLN to 200,000 PLN - 8,600 PLN

   10. above 200,000 PLN to 300,000 PLN - 10,800 PLN

   11. above 300,000 PLN to 500,000 PLN - 12,400 PLN

   12. above 500,000 PLN to 1,000,000 PLN - 18,000 PLN 

   13. above 1,000,000 PLN to 2,000,000 PLN - 24,000 PLN

   14. above 2,000,000 PLN - 24,000 PLN plus 0.5% of the value of the subject of the dispute for the excess over 2,000,000 PLN

2. The Arbitration Court may award reimbursement of costs of legal representation in a greater scope if justified by the degree of difficulty of the case.
