Can the Ultima RATIO judgment be submitted to an enforcement officer?
FAQ
Return
Yes. According to Article 1212 §1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, an arbitral award, once granted enforceability, has the legal effect of a state court judgment. Therefore, you can submit it to a bailiff. You will obtain the enforceability clause at the court of appeal in the district where the debtor has their registered office. In the email notification about the award, you will find a ready-made draft of such an application.
