The arbiter communicates with the parties in the case chat and you receive chat messages instantly. You also receive the content of chat messages by email (you can disable this functionality in the notification options in the user account settings panel).

Of course, you too can write messages in the case chat.

If you wish to present any evidence or provide more detailed explanations, you can use the form: "Present Your Case". You enter the gist of what you wish to present, and our service generates an official document and publishes it on the case profile. Other participants are promptly notified of the presented case via email.
