What permissions may users of corporate accounts have?

Return

Users whose accounts are linked with corporate accounts may have the following permissions:

  • "Site Administrator" - the user has the ability to edit corporate account settings, as well as add new users and assign or revoke permissions

  • "Creates new documents for signing" - the user has the capability to activate the "Sign Document" form within the corporate account

  • "Represents the site in negotiations and proceedings" - the user is able to activate the "Debt Collection" and "Initiate Arbitration" forms within the corporate account. They may also represent the company in arbitration matters.

  • "Signs documents on behalf of the site" - the user is by default listed in the "Sign Document" form as the signatory for documents within the corporate account

  • "Checks client credibility" - the user has the ability to activate the "Check Company" form within the corporate account

Possessing "Site Administrator" permission does not mean the user has all other permissions.
