Which contracts am I prohibited from signing at Ultima RATIO?

Sometimes, the law requires a specific form for a particular legal act.
For example, contracts related to the transfer of real estate ownership can only be executed in the form of a notarial deed.
In contrast, a lease agreement, the transfer of copyright property rights, and a guarantor's declaration should be made in writing under penalty of nullity.
If the law prescribes a written form with a penalty of nullity or another special form for a particular contract, its conclusion on the Ultima RATIO platform will not be effective.
