Yes, you can manage notifications in the section: "Notification Options" in your user account settings. To adjust the notifications to your preferences, go to the list: "Document Signing".
If you disable the notification: "Information about document ready for signature", you will not receive emails about each document sent to you to the email address provided when creating your account. These documents will, of course, be available for signing in your inbox.
However, documents sent to you at an email address other than the one registered will be sent to that other address following the usual protocol.
If you activate the notification: "Report on documents pending signature", you will receive one summary notification every morning about the list of documents awaiting your signature in your inbox.
If you sign a lot of contracts, consider the option to disable the email notification: "Information about document signing by all parties". Signed documents will, of course, be available in the "My Documents" tab.
