I lost the case. Can I file an appeal?

Arbitration proceedings on the Ultima RATIO platform are single-instance. Therefore, there is no appeal.
If you believe that the arbitrator has decided the case despite the absence of an arbitration agreement, did not inform you at all about the arbitration proceedings, or issued a judgement grossly contrary to the fundamental principles of the legal order in our country, you can base the following objections on such grounds:
a complaint against the decision to grant an arbitration award enforcement clause, or:
an application to set aside the arbitral tribunal's award
Both these appeals are submitted to the Court of Appeal. Both are subject to court fees. If you intend to submit them, we recommend consulting a lawyer.
