Upon navigating to the user account settings, at the bottom of the page, there is a section for notification options. Here, you will find a list of all email and SMS notifications sent by Ultima RATIO, grouped into thematic tabs. You can customise them to suit your preferences. For example, if you want us to notify you via SMS that in the case you started, the defendant has just filed a response to the claim, you should expand the section: "Arbitration and mediation" and activate SMS for the notification: "Notice of receipt of the response to the claim".
Some notifications are mandatory and cannot be disabled. PUSH notifications will be available soon.
