How do you secure documents against the possibility of forgery?

Return

At the moment when the first person signs the document, our system applies a qualified electronic seal (known as the "opening" seal) to the document. However, once the last person has signed, our system affixes another qualified electronic seal to the document - referred to as the "closing" seal. In the same manner, electronic timestamps are purposefully integrated into the electronic layer of the document.

A document secured in this manner is tamper-proof from both a digital and legal perspective. Any interference with its digital layer is recorded and permanently invalidates the protections.

Furthermore, our platform guarantees extremely high standards when it comes to verifying the identities of individuals signing the documents. To "forge" someone's signature, and thus sign a document impersonating or claiming to be someone else, a fraudster would need access to the recipient's email inbox, their login credentials for login.gov.pl, and access to their registered mobile phone.
